So when you see an ad saying “buy direct from developer” you may think you are saving yourself an agent’s commission. But be very careful. Using the right agent may save you more time, more hassle and more money than you think. You must keep in mind – the developer can be very bias in regards to the property or development they are selling. There is a very high chance that they will not offer an objective point of view. |
